Hurricane Earl to strengthen, level up

There is a hurricane coming to town and his name is Earl. Earl, who is currently doing what he does best (spinning) in the neighborhood of the islands of Antigua and Barbuda, has been bestowed with the status of a Category 1 hurricane. It would seem, however, that former British colonies, when in Island format, are not sufficient to satisfy Earl’s lust for spinning, as he is expected to make a course for the United States, and at an increased rate of spinning at that.
According to forecasters, “Strengthening is expected during the next 48 hours, and Earl is forecast to become a major hurricane by Tuesday.” Furthermore, the National Hurricane center has predicted that Earl will ‘level up’ to a Category 3 hurricane. It is expected that Earl could affect areas in the United States such as the Carolinas, Cape Cod, or Massachusetts; however, meteorologists have said that it is still too early to tell whether Earl will make landfall.
For now, Earl is expected to have his way with the northern Leeward Islands on Sunday night and on Monday morning. A hurricane warning has been in affect in (in addition to Antigua and Barbuda) Montserrat, St. Kitts, Nevis, Anguilla, St. Martin, St. Barthelemy, Saba and St. Eustatius.
