Recent studies indicate that a weight loss tip for those hoping to shred some pounds is as simple as a glass of water.

That’s right.  Before a meal, just fill your stomach with water and it will help you eat less at the dinner table.  Experts believe that anywhere from 16 to 32 ounces of water will be sufficient to curb hunger.

With several fat burning exercises and routines being promoted, if you are looking for a simple weight loss program you may want to make it a habit to drink more water every day.

As stated earlier, several weight loss diets have been promoted, including the South Beach diet, the Sonoma Diet, and the p90X Nutrition Plan, but the cheapest and simplest weight loss program may involve consuming more water.
